This project involved Independent Verification and Validation of Project FOCUS programs funded by the Health and Human Services’ Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT).

SRM Group was involved in developing a "Balanced Scorecard" for evaluating the programmatic processes, technology and data management. Of the 50 awardees of the CSAT, SRM Group’s methodology was rated the Best Methodology by the Program Managers, and we were invited to conduct a workshop for other awardees.
