• Suresh S. Prabhu (Founder and President): Ph.D in Management, Over 20 years of Research and Consulting experience in various areas of Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems and Business Improvement Processes. Dr. Prabhu serves as the Program Manager on several of SRM Group's projects.

• Col. Larry McLendon (Director of Business Development): Col. McLendon retired from the Georgia Army National Guard with over 30 years of experience in Logistics, Supply and Planning. Col. McLendon also serves as the Program Manager on several of SRM Group's project with the various Army National Guards.

• Carl Sara (Director of Business Development): Carl Sara has a 30+ year career that spans system engineering, information technology, business planning, and management consulting across Government, aerospace/defense, and Health Care. He has contributed across the entire life cycle of programs from Conceptualization, Architecture, Design, Development, Test, Training, Deployment, and Continuous Improvement. Mr. Sara lives in Washington, DC and supports SRM Group with the identification, capture, and management of complex service and IT-based programs.
